Spring SELECT 2026 – Interest Form

Tryouts will be held on January 5th, 2026.

Player and Coach Interest Forms are due by Sunday, December 28th, 2025.

You Must be registered for Rec Spring Season, if you're interested in SELECT. Submit your form below:

To your knowledge, will the player be able to play in at least 85% of games, practices, tournaments during the Select Season. Including two tournaments in the Fall. Date and location tbd. If you will not be attending, you will let your coach know.

Do the Player and Parent understand that there are no minimum play requirements for Select team games and that player positioning is at the sole discretion of the Select Head Coach?
